Taryn developed a passion for music at an incredibly young age, and her professional singing career took off when she was in high school where she thrived as a vocalist in a highly regarded classic rock ensemble, Vocalpoint! Seattle. Taryn has shared the stage with Tacoma artist Will Jordan, performed in festivals and concerts all over the greater Seattle area, and recorded vocals in studios such as Ocean Way (Nashville, TN) and Robert Lang Studios (Seattle, WA). This was all before she received her Bachelor’s degree in commercial music with an emphasis in music technology from Belmont University. Currently, Taryn teaches voice and piano at 4/4 School of Music in Seattle, and aside from teaching, she continues to write, produce, and perform her own music.
